Add your Lucid @lucidcompliances.com mailbox to Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, or another IMAP client using Mailcow.
Use your full Lucid email address (for example you@lucidcompliances.com) and the password HR provided when your mailbox was created. If you forgot your password, contact HR to reset it in Mailcow.
Tip: You can always read mail in the browser at https://mail.lucidcompliances.com.
In your email app's account setup, choose IMAP and enter:
Server: mail.lucidcompliances.com
Port: 993
Security: SSL/TLS
Username: your.full@lucidcompliances.com address
Password: your mailbox password
Use these settings for sending mail:
Server: mail.lucidcompliances.com
Port: 587
Security: STARTTLS (or TLS)
Authentication: required
Username: same as IMAP (full email address)
Password: same mailbox password
Tip: Some clients label STARTTLS as “TLS” on port 587. Do not use port 25 from home networks.
File → Add account → enter your address → Advanced setup → IMAP. Paste the IMAP and SMTP values above. Accept the certificate if prompted.
Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add Account → Other → Mail account. Enter name, email, password, then Mail Server settings with the IMAP/SMTP host and ports above.
Create a new account manually (not Google/Microsoft auto-discovery). Test send and receive before closing the wizard.
Tip: If sync fails, double-check the full email address as the username and that IMAP uses port 993 with SSL.
